Michael was the bright light in my 11-day stay. Michael is professional, yet caring, and never appeared rushed or disinterested. He went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable and special. Michael was one of the most knowledgeable and caring nurses I have ever encountered. He is a very special young man with great communication skills. He became a part of my family in a short period of time!
