Mike was so caring to my sister while she was recovering from heart surgery. I've never seen a nurse so willing and gentle with a patient. Mike also explained what to expect and why things will happen while recovering both in the hospital and at home. Not only did he explain things, but he answered our questions in a way we finally understood. I wish we had more nurses near our home that were half as good as Mike!
