Mike has a perfect personality for making patients feel comfortable and for me trusting that I was in the best hands at the time when I was scared and going through a rough time. When I found out that Mike was working, I knew 100% that I was in the best hands and I was confident enough to get a good sleep at night. Even on the days that Mike wasn't my nurse, he always came by to see me and to make sure I was doing okay. Mike always explained the reasons for procedures (the breathing machine, etc.) and why they will help me get well again. I felt that this was important to my healing.
