He is someone that everyone looks up to. He is always asking if we need help with anything. He anticipates all possible scenarios. He is not only a team player but also a team leader. He embodies a Daisy RN, he has compassion, and he is a mentor for all of us. He is trustworthy, and most important he is a patient advocate. He is an asset to the hospital; working with him is a pleasure!
