I wanted to take a moment to thank Michael from the bottom of my heart for the incredible care he gave my husband during his time at CRMC 5th floor. Michael truly went above and beyond, and I am so grateful for everything he did. From the very first moment he walked into the room, it was clear how much he genuinely cared. His attentiveness, kindness, and thoughtfulness made such a difference, not only to my husband but to me as well. He made us feel heard, safe, and supported through what was a challenging time for both of us. What really stood out was how he took the time to share personal stories with us.
