I am honored to nominate Michael for the DAISY Award in recognition of his extraordinary compassion, dedication, and the exceptional care he provides each and every day. Michael is not only an outstanding provider but also an incredible team member, a strong advocate, and a deeply valued part of our organization. From the moment he steps into the doors of our Behavioral Health facility, Michael is fully present for his patients. He listens with empathy, responds with kindness, and consistently goes above and beyond to advocate for those in his care. Many of our patients have come to us from dark and difficult places, and it is often through Michael's support, encouragement, and unwavering commitment that they find hope, healing, and strength.

Michael played an instrumental role in the development of our Intensive Outpatient Program, which celebrated its first anniversary in February 2025. This milestone would not have been possible without his insight, leadership, and the heart he brings to his work. His contributions have not only shaped the program's success but also the lives of every individual who walks through our doors. His presence uplifts both patients and colleagues alike. Michael leads with compassion, works with integrity, and brings out the best in our team. We are truly better because of him.
