Mike is a gentle giant. He is very caring, efficient, and knowledgeable. He was always prompt when we needed him for pain relief and to answer our many questions. My Father-in-Law suffered a massive stroke and required palliative care. Our family maintained a vigil at his bedside and observed Mike caring for Dad. Mike discovered the lack of output from the external catheter and requested orders for an internal catheter, which relieved Dad of a large volume of urine and discomfort. We feel he deserves special recognition for his excellent patient care.
