Michael Mugabo, Nursing officer

Michael is an outstanding nurse with team building and mobilization skills, and displays professionalism in offering quality care to patients and clients. He actively participates in Continuous professional development (CME) and is willing to mentor junior staff and students. He is very good at resolving conflicts among workmates and is good at coordinating with other stakeholders in order to offer quality care to patients and clients. He is also a regional coordinator for UNMU and increased membership for nurses and midwives in the region.
