My mother-in-law came from the ECF unresponsive. Michael was very attentive and listened to us describe her normal behavior. I mentioned that she looked yellowish and said maybe they should check liver enzymes. Michel spoke with the doctor and he added the liver panel. Getting an IV is always difficult on Mom, Michael got two and was very careful to keep her comfortable. My father-in-law had got a bite that looked odd the day before. We were looking at it. Michael did too and had the doctor take a look. Nurse Michael was extremely comforting in manner and eased the situation for the family. Michael answered all our questions and kept us updated until she was admitted upstairs.
