Michael Orsi is a renaissance nurse. He is versatile in all aspects of nursing from clinical to leadership assignments. He is always willing to take on new tasks, or difficult patients and projects and seems to have a boundless amount of energy and enthusiasm for all of it. He goes above and beyond to ensure each patient is getting appropriate individualized care. He is always willing to take on an extra visit or drive to a different geographic area, without complaint and with a smile in order to provide the best possible service. He is an excellent preceptor for new staff and nursing students. His approach to patient care is progressive. He shares his innovative ideas with the team in effort to maintain a current level of clinical knowledge. We are so lucky to have him on our team!
