Michael is an excellent patient care supervisor. He is always ready to help with patient care or anything that is needed. He never says no to anything that is asked of him. He is professional and easygoing. ProMedica is fortunate to have him.

Mike is a supervisor, and I feel that he needs more recognition for the value and understanding that he provides to staff and patients alike. I know that if I have concerns, he is always willing to listen and problem-solve. He works very hard to attempt escalation prevention through the intervention that is needed. I feel he is an example of willingness to hear and manage the struggles of staff and patients alike in order to best manage the clinical needs of our hospital. If there is a need in our department, Mike is the first to step in and help. There is more value to him than our staff could ever put into words. I want to bring attention to the awesome work of the patient care supervisor, Mike P. Mike is a shining example of what a supervisor should be. He helps staff every day in such exemplary ways. He has even stayed past his shift so that floor nurses are not mandated over. Mike helps with de-escalation so that a Team Response can be avoided. He is able to recognize when a day is overwhelming and rather than ask "What can I do?" Mike just jumps in and does. He has a great personality and is an asset to our department.
