When Mike walked into my mother's room I felt his very positive energy immediately. Mike introduced himself to my sister and me and asked how my mom was feeling. Then he encouraged us by reaffirming what all the other nurses told us, that her Surgeon was "the Best". Mike then quickly reorganized my mom's room and straightened the area. He has an excellent bedside manner and spoke very endearing towards my mother and she loved it. Mike not only is quick on his feet, he is very positive and genuine.

My mother told me to make sure to tell someone how great he was, she kept telling me "Wow' he's good". Also each time my mother called for assistance, Mike came immediately. He even went above and beyond to draw a diagram of the blood vessels in my mother's head. Mike put any questions about the surgical procedure that we had aside and reassured us that my mom will get better.
