This country is a new home for me and my family. I encountered lots of challenges including English language and adjusting to the American Nursing practice. Michael Polomchak is astounding and one of a kind. I think he is an example of a great candidate for the DAISY Award.
Beyond his daily duties, Michael does everything to make sure that every one of his patients and team is having a great day. A person like him is unique and I am blessed to know him. Michael does not only take excellent care of his patients, but he is always willing to listen to anyone's questions and concerns. Michael is a joy to work with, providing valuable knowledge, love, care, and support to patients and our team.
