Michael was great! He treated my 16-year-old son completely age appropriate. Michael explained, in detail, who the physicians were and what we could expect during our visit. He was reassuring, confident and maintained a pleasant demeanor throughout. Very professional and an asset to Cook Children's.

From the time that I walked in Michael was just wonderful and patient. My son has autistic issues and he went beyond and explained every step. I have never dealt with someone so fabulous. He is amazing.
