Michael was a very good teacher. He taught us things that we didn't know, and no one else told us. He was happy and seemed to love his job. If we needed something he made sure you got it quickly. He is a warm and caring person.

Michael was one of the nurses that took care of my son during his stay at Cook Children's. Michael always took the time to listen to our needs and answer any questions we had. He was a pleasure to have as a nurse. Not only did he take extraordinary care of my son but was there to accommodate any needs we as parents had also.
