Of all the group sessions I have attended, both here and at other facilities, Michael is one of the best facilitators I have ever seen. His personality is so infectious, and he has a unique way of holding your attention in groups and getting a group back on track when the topic gets sidestepped. Also, as a nurse, he has a great bedside manner, showing a lot of empathy and taking time to listen (not just hear) when a patient needs to talk or vent. He is a very kind person and very down to earth. I feel I am lucky to have had met him and our paths crossed even if it has to be under these circumstances. I will remember topics and conversations in these groups long after leaving. Thanks, Michael, for being a walking example of what a kind human being should be. I wish you all of life's blessings!
