The nominee worked promptly to assess my father’s condition and identify the need for intervention. He aided in placing an NG tube to help relieve my dad’s pain. He contacted the physician quickly so they could place the appropriate orders needed for his post-op complications. He was so attentive and had such a caring demeanor. Michael deserves to be recognized because it would have been very easy to become frustrated given the circumstances. He stayed positive and focused to get what needed to be done. My family is beyond thankful for the care he provided.
