Over eighteen patients and family members over the last three months took the time to speak to the Charge Nurse and/or Director during Patient Rounds and verbalize their appreciation for having Michael as their nurse. Michael didn't give just one patient a remarkable patient experience, he delivered this extraordinary compassionate care to all of his patients and at least 18 of these patients and family members took the time to speak up and thank him.

The patients stated "Michael is very attentive, very caring, very nice,very good", they said over and over again. "He's always on time with my medications and pleasant when explaining my care. This guy is awesome!!"

Michael Smith received a Grady Star Letter from a patient stating "today exceeded my expectations. When he first stepped into my room he showed me he cared. Today was even better when I came out of surgery".
