Every time I come to see him, he has a smile on his face. Michael also knows who I am, and I never feel anonymous. He is efficient, personable, and conducts himself in the most professional way. It's nice to know that when you walk into a medical center that is huge that you are not a number or an unknown person; he knows my history and he is always ready to listen if I have a question. He is really very special.
