Michael greeted us with a big smile as he introduced himself to us. He always kept us informed and answered all our questions. Michael always spoke so kindly to my dad, encouraged him, and praised him when he did well. The entire time I was there he always had a smile on his face. He spoke to my father, not at him. We are so thankful for him and he is an asset to your hospital!
