I nominate Mike Szczerba from the 2 Pavilion Unit for the DAISY Award. Mike cared for me when I was in the hospital for a UTI. He made being in the hospital easy. He explained any treatment and made sure I was at ease. After going through a hard time with hospitalization and my father's passing, he listened to me and was extremely compassionate. His caring is an absolute asset.
