My son came into the hospital in critical condition. I was so nervous, but Mike Turonek made me feel at ease in the care of my son. I can tell he loves his job. It was a bad situation but with his care and compassion in helping me cope, he made a horrible day into a better day. He gave me comforting words. I didn't want him to leave from attending to my son. He answered all my questions and he just tried to ease my mind. I so appreciate him for being human first and a nurse second. Mike spent the entire shift in my son's room because he wanted me to feel comfortable to know everything is going to be okay. You just don't know how this made me feel. Words can't express my gratitude for his attention, time and the personal care he gave my son. I'm so grateful for his service.
