Our daughter was bitten by a rattlesnake and rushed to the ER and then sent to pediatrics to see what our next step was. Michael was the first person we saw. He calmed our fears, walked us through everything happening and put us at ease. We were truly blessed by his sincere kindness, his patience with our fears and the care he showed our daughter.
