While working a very busy shift tonight, MIke had a very agitated patient that was expressing her need for some medication by beating her head on the wall. Mike calmly spoke to the lady and kept her at the nurses station with him most of the night to keep her calm. While keeping up with all of his other patients he managed to keep this psycho patient calm, place phone calls for her, and ran to the pharmacy to get the medications she needed. Mike is the Hero of the Night - at least in her eyes! Go Mike!
