Mike is very special. He demonstrates high professionalism 100% of the time. Mike was informative, patient, helpful and kind to me as a patient and to his team. I seriously believe as an organization you really should invest in his abilities. Mike is a "hunk of gold" for this hospital. This is one gentleman you do not want to slip through the cracks.
