... Mike demonstrated the up most care for my DAD at OSF-ICU. During the last 2 nights we spent at OSF Mike was very, very informative and kept my mom and me on top of what was going on with Dad. He was very compassionate while our hearts were saddened. We desperately wanted to get dad back to the farm before he passed away. It was dad's dream. He was born on the farm and wanted to pass on the farm.

I don't think we could of done it without Mike's help. When Mike went off duty the morning we took dad home he gave me his business card to call if we had any questions caring for dad. Words can't express what that meant to me. He texted to check on dad and gave his condolences when dad passed.

Mike went above and beyond to be a very good nurse and a very,very caring person. Those final nights spent with my dad were very special and Mike had a big part of that.

I will always remember how kind he was to my dad, and our family during his final days on earth with us.
