Story #1:
Michaela being my nurse tonight was a true blessing. She was so attentive to my needs, even locating a recliner for me to sit in for more comfort. Her personality was so refreshing, and her presence helped me get around the pain I was struggling with. She is a true asset to the ER in all that she offered me today.

Michaela is a wonderful nurse. She is very personable and caring. This is the second time we have had her this year, and she can put up with my sarcasm.
