Michaela Edwards, RN

Michaela is an exceptionally warm, compassionate, and superbly trained emergency nurse. My husband came in all swollen with a bad allergic reaction that made the staff hurry to give him epinephrine and Benadryl through an IV. Michaela was involved in the process, of course, but for the next 3 to 4 hours while he was under observation, she came in every 10 minutes or so to check on him, brought extra blankets, explained the various drugs he was getting, and made him feel calmer by telling him a little about herself when he asked: where she had worked previously, how much she loved emergency because of everything she had learned, and about her two boys. She is a happy, warm person who communicated her "aura" to both of us.
