My grandmother had two hospitalizations in October, and we were lucky enough to encounter Michaela both times. She helped discharge my grandma after the first stay and took so much time going over every detail of the instructions with myself and my mom. This was so important because my grandma, who had previously lived alone, was moving in with my mom immediately upon discharge, and my mom was extremely nervous about becoming her primary caregiver. Michaela answered every question and made the medication instructions crystal clear, which completely melted away my mom's stress. She also helped with the second discharge and again, was totally instrumental in helping my mom feel prepared. This time around, my grandma had a wound that needed dressing, and she, along with an amazing coworker, made sure my mom had every piece of supplies that she would need and walked her through the aftercare. Michaela was thorough, comforting, and incredibly polite in every interaction, and we could not be more grateful for her.
