My wife had a procedure. She was extremely nervous and apprehensive. Michaeleen was able to keep everyone calm and collected. She checked on us every few minutes and reassured us that our doctors were great at this procedure. She also promised to be in the room when my wife would return and she was!  Luckily she was there, as my wife started hemorrhaging profusely all over the bed and floor. She quickly applied pressure to the wound and immediately called for emergency help!  She applied pressure until a flood of nurses arrived to help.  At this time she was able to attach a compression ball machine that quickens the healing process.  Michaeleen stayed with my wife for as long as it took to calm her down. She returned every five minutes to check the wound and to sit with her and talked with us like she was our daughter. We stayed in that room for over six hours. By the time we were ready to be discharged my wife was asking to adopt her. Throughout the day Michaeleen made my whole family feel like she was a part of our family. She was kind and compassionate and loving. You could see that she loves her job, the others she works with, and with her patients. She is highly worthy of The DAISY Award.
