Michaeli Wilson, BSN, RN

Michaeli is consistently fantastic to her patients and colleagues. She gives 100% every day to make sure her patients get the highest level of care. She is super-human, patient, and compassionate. She is always curious and working to grow her nursing knowledge and skills. She also is one of my favorite nurses to work next to because I know she will always give me any help I need.

Michaeli is a DAISY through and through. She has been on 5SA since 2018 and with UWMC now for 12 years. While on 5SA, she is actively engaged as a primary preceptor. Her orientees always sing her praises of patience, kindness, and clear direction. She has actively worked on her own skillset and become a senior skilled RN of 5SA. When Michaeli is on your shift, you know you are going to have a good pod partner. She is the nurse who will always step up and take any assignment that needs a nurse regardless of the workload or patient condition.
