Michaella is in a word-AWESOME! J went from fair to worse to better during his first stay and she adapted her care easily to fit his needs. She assisted both J and me with communicating with multiple providers and helped "put out fires." She offered a strong shoulder for us both when things were not going well. Nurse Michaella is the epitome of a professional, putting patient needs first while being down to earth, very compassionate, and making us feel and know J was receiving wonderful care. During this admission, she showed us again that is who she is and we were glad to have her care and support. A wonderful part of the MGMC staff.
