Michaelle provided compassionate care for this particular patient and his family members during the difficult time of knowing their loved one would soon pass away. In the words of the daughter-in-law, "Michaelle provided my father-in-law a level of care in his final days that made him feel like he was a king! She was so kind, soft spoken, and caring for me and my family that she made us feel like we were her family. After my father-in-law passed, she provided comfort to my family and could not do enough for us. We are truly thankful for her."
