I am 73-years-old and over the years have been in the hospital many times with myself, my Wife or family. I have never seen the nursing staff with the High Energy Level, Caring Attitude, Professional and Informative. This was not only for me but for my Wife as well.
I ended up spending the night after my stent and I would estimate I met 15 or more nurses and every single one was a credit to your Staff and the DCH System.
My Wife and I feel so blessed to have had this care. We talked about this and we tried to pick one Nurse who stood out above the rest. It was so hard to do but we both agree that the one who stood out as the most involved and caring was Michalle Cox. She treated us both like we were her Family. She went above and beyond in helping. She walked with my Wife to the parking lot after we found out we had to stay for the night. We both thought she was as disappointed as we were that we had to spend the night. She also helped us get settled in a room and made sure we had everything we needed.
We know you must be aware of the fantastic employees you have but we just wanted you and them to know we appreciate their kindness and care.
