Michele exemplifies transformational leadership, clinical expertise, and a steadfast dedication to lifelong learning. She began her career as a licensed practical nurse and has since earned a master’s degree in nursing, along with multiple professional certifications.

As the lead clinician in her department, she is a sought-after expert, consulted by practitioners and nurse leaders system-wide. She mentors all nurses in her specialty at CMC and has led policy development both locally and across the AHS system.

She actively chairs Shared Governance councils and contributes nationally by serving on boards related to certification and accreditation.
