She is a trusted nurse who brings great collaboration among nurses, physicians and other care providers. She is a strong educator of nurses, families and patients.
Above all Michele is a friend to everyone. She treats her co-workers like long lost family members. If someone is ill, she is the one that visits first. If someone has a tragedy, she will do whatever it takes to help. She never backs down from a challenge and her capacity for caring is limitless and her heart is gigantic.
