Michele Conway, RN

I was a patient on the 5th floor, and Michele was my nurse. She handled everyone around her with a matter-of-fact attitude when every patient wanted her attention. She is nice, funny, and kind, and she made me feel comfortable. I would like to shout her out to the Director of Nursing. She took her skills seriously, and she works hard. I am not always the easiest patient, but she won me over. She makes her job look easy. She is a valuable employee, and I'm glad she was my nurse.
