My visit to PST was the most flawless experience I have ever had in any hospital. Michele Davis was very professional and it was obvious that she is very caring. She made sure I understood everything that she was going to do. As she gave me instructions, she never once took her eyes off of me, making me feel like I was her #1 concern. Drawing blood was remarkable and over before I knew what was going on. Not only did it not hurt or bleed, but there was no mark. Being scared of needles, I was thrilled. It is said the extra mile is seldom crowded, but if you look, there you will find Michele Davis. I left feeling very well prepared for my surgery.
