Over and above skilled nursing. Displaying genuine compassion throughout the care of our son. The day we lost our son, Michele went above and beyond caring for the needs of our "family" as well as assisting the nurse in our son's care.

Michele showed immense compassion to our family while my grandfather was intubated and was very gentle but realistic with his likely outcome. She was so considerate to our wishes and informative. She was light hearted when the time called for it and more serious when we needed her to be. She even accommodated me when I needed to find a room to pump in. We are so thankful for the tremendous care these women showed us.
