I was in your Day Stay unit and my nurse was Michele. She was so comforting and took such good care of me I wanted to tell you what a great nurse she is! I had to stay longer due to my ride and she made sure I had everything I needed. I am a survivor of cancer of 10 years and your hospital and doctors saved my life. I am so thankful to Sierra Vista. After my procedure, I got home and realized I had left my grandma's diamond necklace in my room! I called the hospital and they looked for several hours and I got a call saying that they could not find it. I was very sad. I told them I felt like I left it in the bed and she gave me a number of a lady who would help follow up for me.
Then I got a call back and my nurse, Michele, went out of her way up and beyond and went through the laundry and found my grandma's necklace and my earrings! I cannot tell you how happy this made me. Michele was excellent and my shining star! I wanted you to know this and to thank you for your great staff!
