Michele was absolutely one of a kind the moment she walked through the door and introduced herself. She was so friendly and explained each part of the labor process to me in a way that I understood very well, and thus had my mind put at ease. I absolutely adored her sweet sense of humor and the way she sympathized with me when I was in so much pain; she knew exactly the perfect thing to say depending on how I was feeling. She listened to me closely and responded in a prompt manner whenever I had any questions or requests. Her warm, kind energy made my entire labor experience much easier to bear. She suggested various positions to help me be more comfortable as well as speed up the dilation. Michele held my hand during painful contractions and held my leg during the pushing stage. She cheered me on and gave me the most amazing direction and feedback when I was pushing. I was so lifted up by her positive reinforcement/spirit and was able to get through a very difficult labor in the best way possible. Michele is a truly special person who glows with love, passion for what she does, and genuine happiness when she cares for her patients.
