Michele has a huge role on the Center for Pediatric Neonatal Transitional Care (CPNTC) unit as both an RN and orientee coordinator. Michele always gives her best to both her patients and their family, as well as the orientees. It's her mission that each orientee has a successful orientation as well as a positive one. She often steps in to take a new orientee under her wings who has struggled with another preceptor. Michele is a great resource to all nurses on the unit, whether new or old. Michele exemplifies true commitment and dedication to the Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital mission. She is a true role model.
