Michele was always there almost immediately when I needed someone or something. She listened to not only my problems and then found solutions, but she truly listened to my crisis. There were points Saturday night through early Sunday morning in which taking my life would have been a wonderful release. Michele seemed to be there and ease my mind which relaxed me back. At one point, Michele asked me about my wife right at the time my mind needed to hold her and that made "things" okay again. I will always be grateful.
