Michele M Brailo, BSN

Michele Brailo has been amazing. She got to know my dad while he shared his background/story in the military and his family raising with family pics (of course). We, the family, came to visit, she already knew who we were and our stories from dad. She obviously cares about her patients enough to listen and share her own stories. We were super happy to learn about her past as a nurse and all her volunteer work. She is definitely a five star nurse in our family's book.

My dad has received the best care ever at the VA in these past few days that he has ever received in a hospital. We have thoroughly enjoyed Michele. The care my dad has received has been outstanding.

Thanks for all the care and concern you have shown my dad and family. The nurse was great. She meant the world to my family to know we are leaving him in hands that cared. We can never thank you enough. You will always be remembered by our family.
