From day one, Michele was the kindest, most thoughtful caring nurse I have ever known. I worked with her in the lCU, and we became fast friends. During COVID, we were back in lCU, and there was an elderly gentleman that died, and no family members were there. Michele was so very kind to this man in his last hours, and said a prayer for him. I was so moved by her dedication, kindness, and compassion. Michele is a huge advocate for her patients and their families, and always goes above and beyond for them. Her compassion, hard work, and team effort is second to none. We had an overflow of patients in the PACU, and there weren't any beds on the floor for a patient to spend the night. Michele stepped up and offered to work an overnight shift to help this patient, and also for the PACU team. Michele is incredibly reliable, always offering to help out in any way she can. No one deserves a Daisy Award more than Michele. She is such as asset to BID Needham, and she should be recognized.
