I am nominating Mrs. Orsini for multiple reasons. I have a lot of different diagnoses. One of them is Aspergers. I have an easy time with the theory part of class, however, I need more time with the hands-on clinical part. Mrs. Orsini has done a fantastic job working with my disabilities, particularly the autism. When I felt that I could not accomplish a goal, she told me that I had accomplished a lot to get to the point I am today while overcoming past hardships. She said that I would succeed in this as I work hard and have overcome hard points in my life to become social and independent. She has always taken the time outside of class to help me get to perform accurate and correct blood pressures. She has been encouraging and is positive in her remarks regarding whether or not I and others can pass the course and do well. She has been kind, appropriate, understanding, and helpful in regards to the course with my situation.
