Michelle was my mom's primary nurse for two nights and the lead nurse for another. Each night she took the time to come in, pull up a chair and just talk to my mom. This simple gesture made my mom feel very special as if she wasn't just another patient. Michelle could have spent time charting, chatting with her co-workers or just having a few minutes to herself. As a nurse at this facility I know how infrequently we have those extra minutes. I cannot express how grateful I am to Michelle for her professionalism, competent care and for the loving spirit she shares with her patients and their families.

Michelle was very patient, explaining all details, answering all questions and convincing me that all would be well and the need to follow medical orders and stay for an additional night as prescribed. She didn't leave her shift until I promised to adhere, such dedication.
