When a patient had difficulty remembering how to care for his new ostomy, Michelle took real-time photos of him doing the procedure, then made the photos into step-by-step directions.
Another patient had a difficult-to-dress, fragile, abdominal wound that leaked massive amount of fluid. Michele “concocted” a wound vac solution that allowed him to heal.
This nurse adds; Michele's “dedication, commitment and caring exceeded what was expected of her, which led her to be Mr. A's biggest advocate. I'm thankful to have Michelle here at Good Samaritan Hospital”.
