Michele is a valuable employee and asset to the maternity department. She met with me to discuss breastfeeding and was able to give me a lot of helpful information. She was patient and kind and genuinely cared about me as a patient. She also checked in with me the next day and listened to my concerns and validated my feelings. She gave me the resources to be successful. Chester County is lucky to have her as an employee.
