We had a difficult situation where the nursing staff was not providing proper care for my mother. When I came to visit, I found her door shut while she was calling out for help — and I discovered that her heart monitor wasn’t even connected. I asked the staff twice to reconnect it, but they couldn’t locate the monitor. When my sisters and I raised our concerns, the staff unfortunately became defensive and dismissive.

Thankfully, after we spoke with the nursing supervisor, the nursing staff was replaced by Michelle, and that’s when everything changed. Michelle is truly an angel. She immediately restored our trust by giving my mother exceptional, compassionate care. She took the time to answer every question, paid close attention to all of my mother’s needs, and ensured that every requirement was met with professionalism and kindness.

We are deeply grateful to Michelle for her outstanding care — she made a world of difference for my mother and our entire family.
